okay i just totally bought a canon EOS A2e at a photo fair for only 10 dollars! at first i thought it was defective in some way but the seller assured me it was in working condition. naturally i didnt trust him so i test the camera out on the spot. focusing was fast and accurate and all the modes seemed to work fine. Shutter was in good condition and sounded right. so i decided to buy it, i figured, "what the hell, its ten Bucks!". after i went around the city and shot four rolls of test film using the cheapest wallgreens brand film. after getting them developed i was amazed to see the camera worked fantastic! i shot everything with a Tokina 11-16 F/2.8 so there was a lot of distortion and vingetting. i LOVED it! greatest Steal of a Deal ever! this camera goes for about 80-120 on ebay. pictures will be uploaded soon. i can see myself shooting much more film in the future with this camera. oh, and i painted it GREEN! i dont really know why but i dont know how many green SLRs there are out there. my guess, is none.
